Natural Beaded Row is a hand-tied method. A row of beads creates a foundation, and hand-tied wefts are sewn onto it with thread, so nothing is bonded to your hair.

Tell us your goals, budget and timeline. We talk through rows and length and give you an exact quote before anything is booked.
Step 2
Color Matched to You
Your hair is pulled from our inventory and blended to your base, so the extensions disappear into your own color.
Step 3
Your Install
A first install is a longer appointment, because color, placement and styling all happen in the same chair. We tell you the real number of hours in advance.
Step 4
Finish and Maintenance
You leave styled, with a maintenance plan. Every 6 to 8 weeks we move your rows up and refresh your color and blend.

What is the NBR® method?
Natural Beaded Row (NBR®) is a hand-tied extension method. Instead of tape or glue, we create a foundation using beads and string, then hand-stitch hand-tied wefts onto that beaded row. The result is a flat, lightweight, seamless install that adds length, volume and fullness without damaging your natural hair.
Do hair extensions damage your hair?
There is little to no damage as long as they are cared for properly. NBR® uses no tape, glue or heat and attaches wefts to a beaded row with thread, using minimal points of contact, which makes it a good option for thin, fine and fragile hair.
How long do NBR® extensions last?
With proper care, the extension hair can last roughly 8 to 12 months or longer, depending on the hair and how well it is maintained. The install itself is refreshed at maintenance appointments every 6 to 8 weeks, where we move the rows up as your natural hair grows and refresh your color and blend.
How many rows do I need?
One row is for thickness and volume. Two rows add thickness, volume and length. Three rows give thickness, volume and length, and blend short layers or a blunt cut. We help you choose during your consultation.
Can I wear my hair up, wash it and blow-dry it?
Yes. NBR® lies flat enough to wear in a high ponytail, and you can wash, brush and blow-dry your hair normally. Use a flexible bristle brush and your extensions will not pull loose.
Is color included?
Yes. Color and styling are included with every extension installation and maintenance visit, and your extension hair is color matched to you in the same chair.
